The Resonant Occult Acumen Device for external investigation, or “R.O.A.D.tripper” is a unique vehicle once used by the bureau during external investigations. Shaped like a large commercial van not unlike what weather reporters would operate out of, this resonant artifact was discovered to possess the ability to detect resonance from great distances.

This is a very cute concept that's full of potential! I can easily see this as a way to connect players between locations as well as give a little spot of a mini overarching mystery. I can't wait to build off of this for a future campaign~
